1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to YourVisa.ai, a platform operated by Voyzo Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). We provide an AI-powered travel compliance and visa automation platform (the "Services") accessible via our website, mobile applications, and API.

By accessing, registering, or using our Services, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, travel agency, or other legal entity (a "Partner"), you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: YourVisa.ai is a private technology company. We are not a government agency, law firm, or embassy. We do not issue visas or travel documents; we provide technology to facilitate the application process with relevant government authorities.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Possess the legal authority to enter into a binding legal obligation.
• Not be a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdictions.

3. Scope of Services

3.1. Facilitation Only

Our Services assist you in preparing and submitting applications for travel authorizations (eVisas, ETAs, etc.). The final decision to grant or deny entry lies solely with the relevant government authority.

3.2. No Guarantee of Results

We cannot and do not guarantee that your application will be approved, or that it will be processed within a specific timeframe.

3.3. Partner Services

If you are an Agency or Corporate Partner using our Dashboard or API, you are responsible for the actions of your sub-agents and the accuracy of data provided on behalf of your end-travelers.

4. User Accounts & Security

4.1. Account Safety

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.2. B2B Partners

Partners are responsible for vetting their authorized users. Any activity occurring under your API keys or Agent Accounts is your financial and legal responsibility.

5. Fees, Payments & Taxes

5.1. Fees

You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services, which include:

• Government Fees: The mandatory fee charged by the destination country.
• Service Fees: The fee charged by Voyzo Inc. for the use of our technology and processing.
• Optional Add-ons: Priority processing, insurance, or concierge services.

5.2. Payment Authorization

By providing a credit card, debit card, or PayPal account ("Payment Method"), you represent that you are authorized to use the Payment Method and authorize Voyzo Inc. (or our third-party payment processor) to charge the full amount of the transaction.

5.3. Currency

Unless stated otherwise, fees are quoted in USD. Your bank may charge additional foreign transaction fees.

5.4. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or value-added taxes not collected by Voyzo Inc.

5.5. B2B Platform Subscription Payments

For Agency and Corporate Partners subscribing to our SaaS platform services, subscription fees are not charged through this website. Instead, subscription payments are processed via secure payment links or invoices provided directly by your assigned Account Manager. This applies to:

• Monthly or annual platform subscription fees
• Enterprise licensing agreements
• Custom integration packages
• Volume-based service agreements

Traveler visa processing fees (Government Fees and Service Fees) continue to be charged at checkout through the platform as described in sections 5.1 and 5.2.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Voyzo Inc., we are committed to transparency and fairness. This section outlines our comprehensive refund and cancellation policies for all services processed through YourVisa.ai.

6.1. Understanding Our Fee Structure

Your visa application payment consists of two components:

• Government Fee: The mandatory fee charged by the destination country's immigration authority for processing your visa application. This fee is collected by and paid directly to the government.
• Service Fee: The fee charged by Voyzo Inc. for the use of our AI-powered technology platform, document validation, compliance checks, and application facilitation services.

6.2. Government Fees - Non-Refundable

Important: Once your application has been submitted to a government authority, the Government Fee is immediately paid to that authority and is non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes cases where:

• Your visa application is denied by the government
• You decide to cancel your travel plans after submission
• Your circumstances change after the application is submitted
• Processing takes longer than expected due to government backlogs

Voyzo Inc. has no control over government fee refunds as these payments are made directly to foreign government entities.

6.3. Service Fee Refunds

If a government authority denies your visa application, no refund is provided for either the Government Fee or the Service Fee. The decision to approve or deny a visa rests solely with the destination country's immigration authorities. Voyzo Inc. provides technology to facilitate applications but cannot guarantee approval outcomes.

Our AI-powered validation significantly reduces common rejection reasons (incorrect data, poor photo quality, missing information), but final decisions remain with government officials.

6.5. Processing Errors by Voyzo Inc.

If a visa rejection is caused solely by a verified error on our part (e.g., our AI incorrectly modified your validated data during transmission, system malfunction corrupted your submission), we will:

• Provide a full refund of the Service Fee
• At our discretion, reimburse the Government Fee for resubmission
• Offer priority re-processing of your corrected application at no additional charge

Note: Errors in information you provided, photos you uploaded, or decisions made by government authorities do not qualify as processing errors by Voyzo Inc.

6.6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for eligible transactions:

1. Email support@yourvisa.ai with subject line "Refund Request"
2. Include your booking reference number and registered email
3. Provide a brief explanation of the refund reason
4. Our team will respond within 2-3 business days

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree to contact support@yourvisa.ai to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with your bank or PayPal.

If you initiate a chargeback for a valid transaction (specifically regarding non-refundable Government Fees), we reserve the right to dispute it with evidence of your agreement to these terms.

We may suspend your account and prevent future use of our platform until the dispute is resolved.

8. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, forged, or stolen documents.
• Use the Services for illegal immigration or human trafficking.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape our API or website.
• Use the Services if you are a citizen of a country currently under strict US/EU sanctions that prohibit such transactions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, code, AI models, algorithms, and UI designs on YourVisa.ai are the exclusive property of Voyzo Inc. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or internal business use.

10. AI Disclaimer & Accuracy

10.1. AI Assistance

Our platform utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to extract data and suggest answers. While we strive for high accuracy, AI is not infallible.

10.2. User Verification

You are required to review all auto-filled data before submission. Voyzo Inc. is not liable for rejections or travel disruptions caused by unverified AI-generated errors.

10.3. Information Only

Chatbot advice regarding visa rules is for informational purposes and does not constitute legal immigration advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voyzo Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits or missed flights).
• Any damages resulting from visa denials, government delays, or changes in border policy.

Total Liability: In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the Service Fee paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Voyzo Inc., its officers, directors, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Inaccurate information provided by you.
• Your violation of any third-party rights or immigration laws.

13. Privacy & Data Processing

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your data to:

• Government authorities for visa processing.
• Cloud service providers for storage.
• Payment processors for billing.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Dashboard.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Informal Resolution: You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting legal@yourvisa.ai.

Arbitration: Any unresolved dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in Delaware, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.
